There Will Be Hope

Right from our very early discussions about the album we wanted to bring people hope and solace through our music. The musical inspiration for this composition comes from Philip Glass – you can recognise that in the dynamic and dramatic passages that emerge in the piano and cello. The piece is full of tension which is relieved with a change in key: this is the symbolic moment at which hope arrives. “There Will Be Hope” is one of the most complex compositions on Inner Symphonies.
